Our production base in Henan, China handles assembly, finishing and full-process quality control in house — including the hand-finished detail work on the 1:2 classic models.
Every order runs through the same sequence: frame welding on jigs, drivetrain assembly, bodywork and paint, electrical and safety inspection, then a road test before crating. Quality checks are recorded per unit rather than per batch, so a single kart can be traced back through the process.
Core products hold CE (2006/42/EC) and ISO 9001. Export orders ship with a documentation package including EPA, EAC and AS/NZS documents, MSDS sheets and UN38.3 battery reports, so your broker is not chasing us for paperwork.
Units ship in iron-framed wooden crates with thick solid-wood panels and reinforced steel corner protectors. Every kart leaves with its packing list, and the crate is designed to be re-used for storage at your venue.
