Performance Electric & Gas Go-Karts for Commercial Tracks
How karts leave our factory, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.
Every unit ships in an iron-framed wooden crate with thick solid-wood panels and reinforced steel corner protectors. Crates are designed to protect the vehicle through container handling and to be re-used for storage at your venue.
Custom-configured karts are built to order with a production lead time of approximately 30 days from order confirmation, then transit time to your port or address.
We quote shipping per order. Depending on your market and preference, we can arrange collection at the port (FOB), cost and freight to your destination port (CIF), or a delivered arrangement — tell us your port or address and we will confirm which fits. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in the destination country are normally the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Orders are supplied with a commercial invoice, packing list and the applicable compliance documents: CE (2006/42/EC), ISO 9001, plus EPA, EAC, AS/NZS and MSDS documentation and UN38.3 battery reports for battery-equipped models.
Inspect the crate before signing for delivery. If you find damage, photograph the crate and the affected parts, keep the packaging, and notify us within seven days so we can file a carrier claim and arrange replacement parts.
Because vehicles are built to your specification, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If a unit arrives with a manufacturing fault, contact us with photos or video and we will repair, replace the part or resolve it under warranty.
