Terms of service

Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply to quotations, orders and deliveries from TRELFEY unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to final specification, quantity and shipping cost confirmation. Specifications and prices may change with component availability or configuration.

Orders and payment

Production begins when we confirm your order and receive the agreed deposit. We accept bank transfer (T/T) and, where agreed in advance, PayPal. Balance terms and shipping costs are set out in your quotation.

Lead times

Standard production lead time is approximately 30 days from order confirmation for custom-configured units, plus transit. Lead times are indicative and may be affected by component supply or shipping schedules.

Shipping, title and risk

Shipping terms are agreed per order. Unless agreed otherwise, risk passes in accordance with the applicable Incoterms. Crates are prepared for export with documentation; any customs duties, taxes or import formalities in the destination market are the buyer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Warranty

The three-electric system (motor, controller and battery) carries a one-year warranty, alongside frame welding cover. Wear items such as tyres, brake pads, belts and chains are consumables and are excluded. Warranty claims require photos or video of the fault and the unit's serial details.

Returns

Custom-built vehicles are made to your specification and cannot be returned for change of mind. Transit damage must be reported within seven days of delivery with photographs of the crate and the damage so we can process a claim.

Intellectual property

Product designs, photography and copy on this site belong to TRELFEY. Custom livery artwork you supply remains yours; you confirm you have the right to use any trademarks or logos you send us.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption.
